Job Description:
1) Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

4) Generate regular financial reports for management review.
5) Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets.
6) Contribute to financial forecasting and variance analysis.
7) Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
8) Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
9) Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns.
10) Stay informed about changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance.
11) Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
12) Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
13) Communicate financial information to relevant stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
14) Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data.
15) Utilize accounting software (Tally) and tools effectively for record-keeping and reporting.
16) Stay updated on the latest accounting software and technologies.
Experience: 3-5 Years
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2) Proven experience of 3 - 5 years as an accountant, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
3) Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
4) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5) Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6) Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
