Job Description:

  •     Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Railways, Metros, High Speed Rail.

  •     Conduct market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.

  •     Develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base and market share.

  •     Create and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  •      Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

  •      Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

  •      Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  •      Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  •      Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

  •      Work closely with engineering and product development teams to understand product offerings and capabilities.

  •     Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

  •     Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.

  •      Prepare regular sales forecasts and progress reports for senior management.

  •     Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

 

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Years Of Experience: 10 Years

Qualifications & General Requirement:

  • Graduate with 10 years of experience in Railways and Metros.
  •      Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration.

  •     Experience in sales and business development, preferably within the engineering industry.

  •     Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of engineering products and services.

  •      Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

  •         Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  •      Ability to travel as needed. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive sales initiatives.

  •      Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, sales data, and performance metrics.

  •     Expertise in building and maintaining client relationships.
  •      Skilled negotiator with experience in contract management.
