Job Description :

Job Summary: The Customer Relation Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, whatsapp, and instagram in a timely and professional manner.
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and empathetically.
    • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
    • Follow up with the sales team in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system and reports. 
    • Track customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
  • Feedback and Improvement:
    • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the customer relations team to develop strategies for enhancing the customer experience.
    • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team with customer inquiries and orders.
    • Upsell and cross-sell products and services where appropriate.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

          Years Of Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a similar role.
    • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite.

          Qualification:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (luxury) preferred.

         Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Empathetic and patient demeanor.

Time: 11 am to 7 PM
Monday to Saturday, Alternate Saturday will be OFF
