Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Boutique Manager. The Boutique Manager will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, including customer satisfaction, customer service, communication, store management, and retail loss prevention. Additionally, the Boutique Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, managing inventory, and overseeing sales performance.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer satisfaction and customer service skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven track record in store management, including inventory management, sales performance, and vendor relationships
Demonstrated experience with retail loss prevention
Ability to lead and manage a team, with demonstrated leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Minimum experience of 4-5 years in watches or luxury goods space is a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with retail management software
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Must be a Sales target oriented professional.
