Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the flexible packaging industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with internal teams, including production and design, to ensure client requirements are met.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive business growth.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the flexible packaging industry.
In-depth knowledge of rotogravure printing, rigid flexible packaging, and laminated pouches.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
