Shift Timing: US Shift, 2 rotational week offs
CTC: Up to 5 LPA
Location: Bhayandar West
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries.
- Utilize various channels (e.g., social media, email, networking, LinkedIn sales navigator, lush) to generate and qualify leads.
- Develop and maintain a robust lead database.
- Engage with prospects through cold calling, email outreach, and social media interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
- Monitor and report on lead generation metrics and KPIs.
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships and maintain interest.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company and generate leads.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation or sales support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
