Job Overview:
As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual concepts that
embody our brand identity and resonate with our luxury audience. You will work closely with the
Marketing, Communications, and Product teams to produce high-quality visuals for digital
campaigns, social media, advertisements, events, and other marketing materials. Your work will
directly contribute to elevating our brand presence and positioning within the competitive luxury
watch industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Creative Conceptualization & Design: Develop innovative visual designs that reflect the
essence of our luxury watch brand. Create concepts for digital and print media, including
social media campaigns, website content, print ads, brochures, email newsletters, and
event materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and maintain a
consistent visual identity across all platforms and materials.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Partner with the Marketing and Communications teams to
conceptualize and execute design ideas that support both short-term and long-term brand
strategies.
• Digital & Print Media Production: Design high-quality visual content for both digital
platforms (social media, website, email marketing) and traditional print media
(brochures, billboards, packaging).
• Photo & Video Direction: Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content
creators to ensure that visual content aligns with brand aesthetics and storytelling.
Provide creative direction for photo shoots and video productions.
• Luxury Audience Engagement: Craft visuals that resonate with the target audience of
high-net-worth individuals and connoisseurs of luxury watches, ensuring exclusivity and
sophistication in every design element.
• Campaign Execution: Oversee the visual execution of marketing campaigns from concept
to delivery. Monitor the effectiveness of designs and make adjustments based on feedback
and analytics.
• Market Trend Awareness: Stay current with trends in luxury marketing, design, and
watch industry innovations to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the PR, Sales, and Product teams to
ensure that designs align with product launches, brand promotions, and other marketing
initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in creative design, preferably within the
luxury, fashion, or watch industry.
• Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign, After Effects, etc.), Canva, etc. with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity
and versatility.
• Luxury Brand Expertise: Familiarity with luxury branding principles and the ability to
design with elegance, sophistication, and attention to detail.
• Visual Storytelling: Strong understanding of how to create visual narratives that
resonate with an upscale audience.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality
work that meets brand standards.
• Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and propose innovative design
solutions that push boundaries.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and
collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting
deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in motion graphics or video design.
• Knowledge of 3D rendering or product visualization.
• Experience with user interface design for e-commerce or luxury websites.
• Familiarity with social media trends and design for platforms like Instagram, Facebook,
etc.
