Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:
• Event Planning & Management:
o Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of internal and external
events, such as product launches, brand activations, VIP dinners, press
conferences, and sponsorship & brand events.

o Liaise with the Marketing & Communication team to align event strategies with
brand objectives and communication goals.

o Manage all logistics for events including venue selection, catering, de cor, audio-
visual requirements, and transportation.

• Vendor & Partner Coordination:
o Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and
venues to ensure the highest quality service.
o Collaborate with partners such as influencers, celebrities, media outlets, and
industry leaders for event appearances and promotion.

• Budget & Timeline Management:
o Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring events are delivered within
budgetary constraints without compromising on quality.
o Establish timelines for event planning and execution, ensuring all deadlines are
met.

• Guest List & Invitation Management:
o Develop and manage guest lists, ensuring the inclusion of key stakeholders, media,
influencers, and VIP clients.
o Oversee the design and distribution of invitations, ensuring timely and accurate
communication with invitees.

• On-Site Event Support:
o Provide on-site support and oversight during events to ensure all activities run
smoothly and meet brand expectations.
o Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the event, ensuring a
flawless experience for all attendees.
• Post-Event Analysis & Reporting:
o Gather feedback from attendees, stakeholders, and team members to evaluate the
success of the event.

o Provide post-event reporting and analysis, including social media engagement,
press coverage, and client feedback.

• Brand Representation:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related inquiries, representing the
brand with the utmost professionalism and elegance.
o Maintain a keen awareness of the luxury market, ensuring all events reflect the
brand’s high standards and cater to its upscale clientele.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications,
Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience:
o A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event coordination, preferably within the
luxury, fashion, or high-end lifestyle industries.
o Proven track record in managing high-profile, luxury events, from planning
through execution.

• Skills:
o Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle
multiple projects simultaneously.
o Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable, high-quality
events.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building
relationships with high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, influencers, and media.
o Ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure financial control of
event projects.
o Knowledge of the luxury market and an understanding of brand positioning
within this sector.

• Other Requirements:
o Ability to travel as required for events.
o A polished, professional demeanor with a focus on luxury service standards.
o Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on
event schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with digital and virtual events, including livestreaming and virtual event
platforms.
• Familiarity with luxury brand management and a passion for the watchmaking industry.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
