Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Software development- HMI, PLC, SCADA
2. Site commissioning support at site
3. Software FAT/SAT support
4. PLC logic write up
5. Remote site support
6. IO list preparation
Tasks
1. Software logic development in Automation platform Siemens/Rockwell/Schneider
2. SCADA screen development in siemens/rockwell/wonderware intouch, system platform
3. PLC programme development.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Skills
1.Basic automation platform- Siemens/Rockwell/Schneider/Wonderware
2 Knowledge of various programming languages on S88 standard, ladder, STL, FBD, SCL
3.In depth knowledge of HMI and SCADA, e. g WinCC, Factory Talk, In Touch, System platform, Fault findings, trouble shooting, P&ID understanding, SQL, Industry 4.0, IIoT platform
4. Server client setup, ESXI and system architecture
5. In Batch, RS Batch knowledge
6. Basic knowledge of electrical drawings readings and components identification.
