• Comfortable working in an Agile environment
• Experience in problem solving and crafting solutions
• Must have good scores in the algorithm testing and good
scores in academics also
• Must have demonstrated a steep learning curve
• Good communication skills and strong ability to work across
teams
• Familiarity with tools and resources like Flux, Flow, Redux,
Github, Jira etc
• Real-time communications (voice/video conferencing)
experience, and/or WebRTC experience will be a plus.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Developer Skills :
React JS and React Native
React JS
• 3-5 years of experience in software developer role
• Should have good knowledge of React JS and experience
building single page applications using React JS frameworks
and libraries
• Experience with REST API's and JSON data formats
• Preferable to have experience of Redux saga, Multimedia
(Video, Audio)
React Native
• Hands on Experience in React Native, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience in building mobile apps on Android and IOS
Platforms
• Significant experience working with React native mobile
• Good understanding of object-oriented design and
programming concepts.
