Job Description :

Key Functions and Responsibilities
1. Hands on Experience in at least 2 Cloud technologies ( AWS/Azure/GCP)
2. Hands on Experience in cloud Security native technologies would be an added advantage
3. Must have knowledge or Experience in DevOps, and understanding of SDLC
4. Hands-on Experience on any CNAPP (Cloud Native Application Protection Platform) tool would be
an added advantage.
5. Customer management - Lead the monthly review meetings
6. Team leadership skills
7. Ticket management, maintain SLA and TAT, and you are also Responsible for maintaining the SLA
of your underlying team.

Key Performance Area
- Alert/Incident investigations & Reporting
- Handle escalations from Customer
- Make sure the team maintains SLA of the ticket
- Handling team , shifts/roster management

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Experience: 4-5 years

Qualification: B.E CSE/IT or B.Sc IT preferred

Certifications if any: GCP/Azure/AWS Certified preferred

The candidate should be well-versed with the public clouds like AWS, Azure, GCP or either of the clouds, knowledge on native cloud security.

He should have a experience of team handling and escalation handling & Quick learner, and must have great communication skills.
