Job Profile:

 Preparation of Financial Projections, Corporate Presentation,

Proposal notes, Co-ordination with lender etc.

Years of Experience: 3+ Years

Education: CA, MBA, CFA

Experience / Eligibility:

• Experience in preparation of Financial Projections,
  Company Presentations, Bank proposal, Co-ordination
  with bank etc.
• Experience in handling syndication/ sanction of loans of
  value more than INR 15 crores for corporates/NBFC/Real
  estate.
• Candidate with experience in handling Stressed assets
  transaction/One time settlement (OTS) /)/Restructuring,
  /Insolvency &Bankruptcy Code (IBC) case or worked
  under Insolvency Practitioner (IP) can also be considered.
• Working in finance department of companies having
  borrowings of over Rs.300 crores.
• Excellent command over Excel and Powerpoint
