Job Profile :
- Preparation of Financial Projections, Corporate Presentation, proposal notes, Co-ordination with lender etc.
- Execution of securitisation transactions (DA/PTC) including deal structuring, deal timelines, due diligence and legal documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify asset pools, assess risk, and optimize deal structures and internal and external parties to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Managing strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions.
- Preparation of Comprehensive Credit assessment Reports & Evaluation of creditworthiness of the client.
- End to End transaction monitoring from Preparation of proposal to disbursement.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Education: CA, MBA, CFA
Years of Experience: 2+ Years
Experience /Eligibility:
- Experience in the Execution of securitisation transactions including deal structuring, deal timelines, due diligence and legal documentation.
- Having existing relationship & Managing partnerships with banks and financial institutions.
- Experience in preparation of Financial Projections, Company Presentations, Bank proposal, Co-ordination with bank etc
- Experience in handling syndication/ sanction of loans of value more than INR 15 crores for corporates/NBFC/Real estate.
- Candidate with experience in handling Stressed assets transaction/One time settlement (OTS) /)/Restructuring, /Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) case or worked under Insolvency Practitioner (IP) can also be considered.
