The Dialler and MIS Manager oversees the efficient operation of call Dialling systems and manages the collection and
analysis of Management Information System (MIS) data. Responsibilities include optimizing dialler performance, ensuring
data accuracy, and generating reports for informed decision-making. Strong analytical and communication skills, along with
expertise in dialler technologies and MIS tools, are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Dialler Management:
• Configure and optimize automatic dialling systems for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor dialler performance, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing downtime.
• Implement and manage dialling strategies to achieve campaign objectives
Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) using MIS data.
• Analyse dialler and MIS metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and strategic opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in dialling activities.
• Implement quality assurance measures to maintain data accuracy and adherence to policies.
Performance Optimization:
