Key Responsibilities
1) Innovative Design: Transform user insights into compelling design prototypes, features, and specifications. Ensure high-quality deliverables that captivate and engage.
2) Leadership & Collaboration: Lead the design process from concept to final hand-off, fostering creativity and innovation within the team.
3) Client & User Engagement: Collaborate with clients and users to understand their needs and translate them into exceptional products, websites, and applications.
4) Design Systems Mastery: Develop and implement comprehensive design systems and components, ensuring consistency and scalability.
5) Problem-Solving: Identify and address UX issues, utilising user feedback and usability testing to refine and enhance the user experience.
6) Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of UX designers, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
What You’ll Do
1) End-to-End Design Execution: Lead and execute in all design stages, from initial concept through wireframing to visual design to final hand-off for development, ensuring flawless execution.
2) Prototyping & Specifications: Create high-quality design prototypes, features, and specifications that reflect deep user insights and client needs.
3) Review & Feedback: Critically review wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and visual designs to ensure they meet ProCreator standards and client expectations.
4) Design Systems & Problem-Solving: Establish and maintain comprehensive design systems. Proactively troubleshoot UX issues and incorporate feedback to enhance the user experience.
5) Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality output across projects.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Requirements
1) Experience: At least 4/5 years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
2) UX Methodologies: Proficiency in UX methodologies, including research, personas, wire-framing, and prototyping.
3) Design Expertise: Ability to translate user journeys into visually stunning and intuitive UI designs, with a strong understanding of UI principles.
4) Design Systems: Proven experience in building and utilising design systems, with advanced skills in Figma.
5) Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate design decisions to clients and stakeholders effectively.
6) Leadership & Mentorship: Willingness to mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
7) Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to tackle complex design challenges and propose innovative solutions.
8) Bonus Skills: Experience with motion design/prototyping tools like After Effects and ProtoPie.
