Role Overview: As a Performance Marketing and SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, optimizing conversions and enhancing online visibility through strategic digital marketing initiatives and SEO best practices. You'll play a pivotal role in maximizing the online presence and revenue generation of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
        Performance Marketing:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including PPC (Pay-Per-Click), display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and manage bidding strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and implement data-driven adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.  Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for organic traffic growth.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to improve search engine rankings and enhance organic visibility.
  • Implement technical SEO best practices to ensure website crawlability, indexability, and site speed optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and user behaviour.
  • Develop and execute link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and strengthen domain authority.
    Content Strategy and Optimization:
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword strategy and user intent.
  • Optimize existing content to improve search visibility and enhance user experience.
  • Leverage content marketing tactics to attract inbound links and increase website authority within the industry.
    Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, platform performance, SEO metrics, and KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Utilize analytics platforms and attribution models to measure the impact of marketing efforts on revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Years Of Experience: 3-6 Years

Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 3yrs + in performance marketing, PPC advertising, and SEO optimization.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, algorithm updates, tools and best practices in performance marketing and SEO. Basic understanding of WordPress/ Elementor Pro.
