Special physical, psychological and work life balance demands of the role if any:
The role requires 24x7 customer support for updates and problem solving of shipment transactions. Requires high degree of resilience to handle mental pressure arising from solving operational issues at odd hours (ODC permissions, shipments getting stuck, mid night container pick-ups etc.). The role involves continuous coordination with internal and external teams/stakeholders to get the job done in situations of intense time pressure.
