Role Overview:
As a DevOps Lead, you will be responsible for creating and managing the DevOps CICD
platform for Azure Data tools. You will work closely with various teams to ensure best
practices in DevOps are followed and lead the implementation of continuous integration and
deployment pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
 Architect and develop the CICD platform on Azure DevOps from scratch.
 Guide the customer on best practices for DevOps.
 Collaborate with client sponsors, data architects, data analysts, and other stakeholders.
 Develop architecture best practices for DevOps CICD pipelines and jobs.
 Implement security shift-left strategies and standardize practices.
 Lead client calls for requirement understanding, reporting, and escalation
management.
 Present, coordinate, document, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Skills Required:
 10+ years of experience in a hands-on core DevOps lead role.
 Experience with DevOps tools stack: GitHub, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, IaC,
ArgoCD tools.
 Experience creating DevOps CICD pipelines for Azure Data tools stack: MS Fabric,
Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, PowerBI, Notebooks (Pyspark), Lakehouse.
 Ability to architect and develop the CICD platform on Azure DevOps.
 Experience with SDLC best practices, value stream management, and DevOps
workflows.
 Good knowledge of security shift-left strategies and standardization practices.
 Excellent presentation, coordination, documentation, and client-facing skills.
