Job Description:
Role:
Streamlining HR activities.
Maintaining Employee Life Cycle from Induction to Exit.
Structured employee connection like conducting Skip Meetings, town halls, brown bags, open forums.
Strategizing on new interventions for Employee Engagement.
Ensuring Floor coverage by self and team to understand the pulse.
Ensuring attrition control measures like RAG and succession planning are in place.
Should have deep knowledge in all statutory compliances like Payroll, PF, ESIC, and Mediclaim.
Team Management experience a mandate ( Team Size 5+)
Good exposure to Performance Management.
Design and Implement appropriate Rewards & Recognition program for employees related to customer delight.
Communicate with Business heads for better alignment.
Evaluate and improvise the current HR practices to keep with time and external benchmarks.
Lead projects and drive change management.
Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant HR BPO experience.

Proactive and sound level of business knowledge.

Capacity to handle heavy work load
Sound knowledge of human resources strategies & procedures
Good understanding of Labor Law(Conflict Management, Counseling and Diagnostic, wages )
Proficient in MS office( Excel & PowerPoint)
Ability to work in shifts; night shifts preferred.
