      Role:

  • Streamlining HR activities.

  • Maintaining Employee Life Cycle from Induction to Exit.

  • Structured employee connection like conducting Skip Meetings, town halls, brown bags, open forums. 

  • Strategizing on new interventions for Employee Engagement.

  • Ensuring Floor coverage by self and team to understand the pulse.

  • Ensuring attrition control measures like RAG and succession planning are in place.

  • Should have deep knowledge in all statutory compliances like Payroll, PF, ESIC, and Mediclaim.

  • Team Management experience a mandate ( Team Size 5+)

  • Good exposure to Performance Management. 

  • Design and Implement appropriate Rewards & Recognition program for employees related to customer delight.

  • Communicate with Business heads for better alignment.

  • Evaluate and improvise the current HR practices to keep with time and external benchmarks.

  • Lead projects and drive change management.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant HR BPO experience.

Skills required:

  • High technical competency (Compensation Management, Employee Relations Management)

  • Leadership, Strategic Thinking

  • Proactive and sound level of business knowledge.

  • High standards of integrity

  • Capacity to handle heavy work load

  • Sound knowledge of human resources strategies & procedures

  • Good understanding of Labor Law(Conflict Management, Counseling and Diagnostic, wages )

  • Proficient in MS office( Excel & PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work in shifts; night shifts preferred.
